The Experience

Each engagement is a six-month, high-touch container for reflection, alignment, and growth.
You’ll meet with Shayna for 12 private virtual sessions, every other week, in a rhythm that allows for deep integration between sessions.

Every conversation is uniquely crafted around your vision, your values, and your season of life.

Across six months, you will:

What You’ll Receive

Your private coaching experience includes:

 

  • 12 one-on-one virtual sessions (60 minutes each) with Shayna over six months

  • Customized growth plan tailored to your goals, challenges, and desired outcomes

  • Personalized integration practices between sessions

  • Access to Indigo Unbound digital resources and tools for conscious leadership

  • Access to Shayna through your private virtual coaching journal — a secure space to reflect, share insights, and receive written feedback or accountability support between sessions.

The Commitment

Shayna takes on a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients each year to ensure each engagement receives her full attention, energy, and care.

Duration: 6 months
Format: Virtual (12 sessions total)
Availability: Limited openings each year
Investment: Discussed during the discovery call
