The
Retreat ™
Rediscover Who You Are. Make Room To Receive.
October 22–25 | The Westin Resort, Las Vegas /

If you’re the one everyone counts on… who holds you?
You’ve been carrying vision, responsibility, leadership, love, and legacy. And while you’re proud of what you’ve built, you’re ready to stop paying for it with your peace.
Grounded is where you return to yourself—together.
Not a weekend of hype. Not a quick reset that disappears by Monday.
This is a four-day retreat designed to help you tell the truth, regulate your body, strengthen your relationships, and leave activated for what’s next.

Joyous. Rejuvenating. Activating. Real.
At Grounded, we don’t just talk about transformation—we practice it.
You’ll experience:
Panel discussions that name what’s real and expand what’s possible
Somatic practices that help your body release what your mind has been carrying
Group coaching that’s tender and direct—because you’re ready for your next level
Guest speakers bringing wisdom, tools, and integration
Mirror moments where participants serve as sacred reflections for one another
Spaciousness—built-in time to rest, breathe, and integrate
Joy + celebration that feels like a homecoming
The Freedom 4 Method™: RISE
A liberation-centered framework that guides the scope + sequence of Grounded—so you leave being and feeling free to experience your next levels.
Freedom isn’t a mindset you “think” your way into. It’s a way of being you practice—in your body, in your relationships, in your leadership, and in your choices.
The Freedom 4 Method™ is the structure underneath this retreat. Across four days, we will RISE—moving through a powerful arc that creates real change you can live.
R
Reveal the Truth
We begin with the courageous clarity you’ve been avoiding—or too busy to face.
You’ll name what’s true about your capacity, your relationships, your work, your boundaries, and your needs—without shame, without performance, without rushing to fix it.
Because what you don’t reveal can’t be healed.
I
Intend to Heal
Then we move from awareness into repair.
Through somatic practice, coaching, and guided reflection, you’ll meet the parts of you that are tired, guarded, grieving, or overfunctioning and choose what healing looks like now.
Not healing as a concept—healing as a decision.
S
Sync with Rhythm
Next, we create the kind of rhythm your life can hold.
You’ll explore what it means to live in alignment—where rest is strategic, support is real, and your days stop feeling like a sprint.
This is where we translate insight into sustainable practices: how you work, love, parent, lead, and receive.
E
Embody Love
Finally, we bring it home—into your body and your relationships.
You’ll practice love as an embodied experience: love as truth, love as boundaries, love as devotion, love as care.
Not just love you feel—love you live.
This is where you leave Grounded activated, connected, and free to rise.
“You don’t leave with motivation. You leave with embodiment.”
You won’t have to translate here.

$6,000 VIP Experience: An Intimate Space for High-Capacity Leaders
If you live a high-capacity life—holding vision, holding people, holding space—VIP is a softer landing inside the retreat.
This experience is designed for those who are often the steady one, the wise one, the go-to one… and who want a more intimate place to go deeper, ask what you don’t always get to ask, and be poured into by people who truly get it.
What VIP Includes:
-
Friday VIP Lunch — with Shayna + Select Guest Speakers
A curated, small-group lunch for deeper dialogue and real-time reflection. We’ll unpack retreat themes in a more personal way—bringing your lived reality into the room: leadership, love, legacy, money, rhythm, boundaries, and what it takes to stay grounded while carrying a lot.
-
Sunday VIP Breakfast — with Shayna + Select Guest Speakers
A nourishing, intimate closing breakfast to integrate what shifted and make meaning of what’s next. Bring your questions, your decisions, your tender edges—so you can leave not just inspired, but supported and clear.
Why this matters:
When you’re the one who pours into others, it’s rare to find a space where you can exhale and be held—without performing, without teaching, without managing the room. VIP is that space.
VIP is intentionally limited to protect intimacy, care, and depth.

FAQ
Who is The Grounded Retreat for?
Grounded is for Black entrepreneurs, parents, and couples who are high-capacity and ready to stop paying for success with exhaustion. If you’re craving rest, truth, community, and sustainable rhythm, you belong here.
Do I have to be an entrepreneur to attend?
No. Many participants are entrepreneurs, but Grounded is for Black leaders and high-capacity humans—especially those balancing big responsibility at home and/or at work.
What’s included with my registration?
Your registration includes the full retreat experience: panel discussions, guest speakers, somatic practices, group coaching, facilitated affinity spaces, integration circles, and retreat materials.
What is The Freedom 4 Method™️?
The Freedom 4 Method™️ is the framework guiding the retreat’s flow so you don’t just feel inspired—you leave integrated. You’ll move through: Reveal the Truth, Intend to Heal, Sync with Rhythm, and Embody Love—so you leave being and feeling free to experience your next levels.

How do affinity spaces work?
Affinity spaces are facilitated sessions where you process the same retreat content through a shared lens. There will be dedicated spaces for Couples, Men, Women, and Parents
What’s the schedule like? Will there be downtime?
Yes. Expect a balanced rhythm—structured sessions plus spaciousness for rest, reflection, and connection. This is not a packed conference schedule.
What should I wear?
Come comfortable and embodied—clothes that help you breathe, move, and feel like yourself. Think resort comfortable (breathable sets, soft layers for indoor A/C, easy sandals or sneakers), plus one elevated outfit for Saturday’s closing dinner and dance party.
Because parts of the retreat will be photographed and lightly recorded, we recommend choosing looks that make you feel confident and at ease on camera—not dressed up, just ready. For somatic practices, wear clothing you can stretch, sit, and soften in without adjusting all day.

What is a Squad?
A Squad is an intentionally formed small group of retreat participants who share common experiences, intentions, and capacity needs. Squads are designed to support intimacy and integration—so you’re not processing everything alone.
You’ll meet with your Squad to unpack and integrate what you’ve learned, healed, and experienced in the larger sessions, and to offer one another reflection, encouragement, and grounded accountability. Because intimacy matters to us, Squads are one of the key ways we create a container that feels close, supportive, and real. You’ll learn who is in your Squad at the retreat.
How do travel and hotel accommodations work?
You’ll book your travel to Las Vegas. The retreat will take place at The Westin Resort. You can reserve your room now using the group rate. Please note that rooms must be booked by September 22 to secure the group rate.
We recommend arriving with enough time to settle in before the opening of the retreat.
Can I attend as a couple? Do we do everything together?
Couples will have dedicated affinity space, and you’ll also participate in shared community sessions. Some moments are together, some are designed for individual reflection—so the relationship can grow without pressure.

I’m a parent—do you provide childcare?
No. This retreat is for adults and does not include childcare. Many parents experience Grounded as a rare time to be held without caregiving—so we encourage arranging support in advance.
I’m not sure I’m ready. Should I still reserve my spot?
If your body has been whispering, “I need something different,” that’s often the sign. Grounded is for real people with real lives. You don’t need to be fixed. You just need to be willing.
