For Black Men

Release. Restore. Rise.
March 20–22, 2026 | Las Vegas, NV /
Grounded for Black Men is a sacred gathering designed for Black men to release the weight of hyper-performance and reconnect to their power through stillness, brotherhood, and truth.
Hosted at a luxurious desert resort surrounded by mountain air and sweeping greens, this experience blends restoration with recreation. Between reflective sessions, participants can enjoy complimentary tee times on a world-class golf course or choose from a variety of grounding physical outlets — swimming, walking trails, tennis, basketball, or simple quiet under the sun.
Here, strength and softness are not opposites — they are allies.
Over three transformative days, you’ll be guided through powerful experiences that help you shed the armor of survival and step into the full expression of your liberated self.
This isn’t another leadership training or “wellness retreat.”
It’s a homecoming — a return to your breath, your truth, and your rhythm.
Because liberation begins when we embrace both.

WHY THIS GATHERING MATTERS
For generations, Black men have been told to carry everything — to lead without breaking, to protect without pausing, to achieve without rest.
But true leadership doesn’t come from endurance — it comes from alignment.
At Grounded for Black Men, we unlearn what the world told us power should look like and redefine it for ourselves:
-
Power as presence
-
Strength as openness
-
Success as peace
This is where restoration becomes strategy — and rest becomes revolution.
It’s also where ambition becomes sustainable — where you learn to pursue wealth, impact, and excellence without losing your wellbeing.
