WHOLENESS IN MOTION
The Practice of Peace, Power & Pleasure
Begins Thursday at 1:00 PM | Ends Saturday at 3:00 PM
A Sanctuary for Black Women Leaders
Ready to Rest, Reconnect & Rise

Grounded 2025 is a sacred 3-day retreat designed for intergenerational, high-achieving Black women who are ready to release the weight of overextension and return home to themselves.

This year’s theme — Wholeness in Motion: The Practice of Peace, Power & Pleasure — invites us to integrate healing and success, to embody ease and abundance, and to move through the world as our most grounded, radiant selves.

Through guided meditation, somatic practice, truth-telling, and sisterhood, we will explore what it means to lead with love, alignment, and liberation.

You’ve achieved so much. Now it’s time to exhale — and expand into what’s next.

Do I need to have attended previous IndigoWomen programs to join?
Not at all.

Will there be opportunities for rest and reflection?
Absolutely.
The retreat is intentionally designed with spaciousness — time for journaling, naps, walks, or simply breathing. Healing requires rest, and we honor that truth.
This isn’t a conference. It’s an exhale.

What is the investment to attend?
Registration for Grounded 2025 is $5,000, which includes all programming, meals listed above, and materials.
